about

Trained and experienced in both architecture and interior design, Janice Chiu’s design approach ensures interior spaces that speak to exterior architecture, yet reflect client’s expectations and inner character. Trained in London and Copenhagen and experienced in local and international projects, Janice integrates social and cultural factors into the design process to address clients’ unique needs. A personal design experience with the clients is therefore deeply valued.

Prior to joining Sullivan Design Studio, Janice’s projects range from large scale mixed-use housing/retail developments including, Pre-school and K-8, to small scale neighborhood cafes and bookstores. Notable high-end retail projects including the Balenciaga flagship store in Los Angeles and branch locations at Neman Marcus in Topanga, San Francisco and Las Vegas.
